The 17th and 18th century sea captains' houses of Little Venice overhang the Aegean — balconied facades with the Aegean directly below and the Venetian windmills above. At sunset the light turns extraordinary. Free to walk and photograph from the public waterfront path.

💡 Arrive 45 minutes before sunset. The narrow promenade fills — go early for the best viewpoint near the watermill.

The most beautiful and least known beach on Mykonos — reached by a rough dirt track, no sunbeds, no music, no beach clubs. Just extraordinary turquoise water and clean sand.
